You’ll receive a preview of the finished artwork to ensure you’re completely happy.

5. Delivery

Your illustration is carefully packaged and dispatched. Gift wrapping is available as an optional extra.

As this order is fully bespoke and personalised, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. Thank you for your understanding.

All orders are made to order. Pricing includes Standard UK Delivery for orders under 1kg.  Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout for an additional cost.
