We like to keep things simple. All details are carefully coordinated ahead of your event with you and your wedding planner or venue coordinator, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

On the day, we’ll arrive 30–45 minutes early to set up. From there, all you and your guests need to do is:

1. Be photographed by our team

2. Relax and enjoy your event while your illustrations are created

3. Return later to collect your illustration and take home a beautiful keepsake

Chloe is the illustrator and aims to draw approximately 5-6 guests per hour. This is based on a minimum of 1/2 guests per illustration. Illustrations with more than 2 guests or more complex detail will take longer to complete.

We do our best to accommodate you and your guests, however, if we do run out of time, and if our schedule allows, guests can pay a custom portrait rate for additional illustrations. Alternatively, guests can order custom illustrations from us after your event.

Hourly Rates are outlined below:

Weddings/ Corporate Events:

• £125 per hour

Birthday Parties & Celebrations

• £85 per hour for children’s parties, teen events, and milestone celebrations

Please note: Additional hours must be booked in advance to ensure availability.

This is entirely up to you. We can draw almost anywhere, however, access to a table with a couple of chairs and a plug socket is essential to help us do our jobs the best we can. We will have an easel set up with our sign and stand to display guest illustrations.

We are based in Worthing, West Sussex and offer free travel in and around the Worthing area for birthday parties and celebrations. We are very happy to travel beyond Worthing, charging 50p per mile.

Our wedding packages include a range of mileage allowances.

Any locations beyond the included distance will be charged at 50p per mile.

For events located more than 100 miles away, an overnight stay will be required. This will be included in your personalised quote at the time of booking.

Mileage is charged at 50p per mile for locations outside of Worthing, West Sussex.

Additional travel fees will apply for events beyond the Worthing area and will be included in your personalised quote at the time of booking.

Absolutely. Each illustration can be personalised with a custom stamp featuring your names and wedding date. Additional details such as bespoke borders, colour palettes, and finishing touches are also available, ensuring every illustration is uniquely tailored to you and your event.

Yes, absolutely. I can add guests who aren’t able to attend your event using reference photos provided in advance, allowing them to be included in a meaningful and thoughtful way.

This isn’t a problem at all. We’ll chat through your day’s schedule and timings in advance, focusing on when guests will begin arriving at your reception venue. We’re happy to arrive early to set up, so everything is ready to go and we can start capturing guests as soon as they arrive.

Yes, we can make adjustments to our packages to allow more guests to be captured within a shorter timeframe. This isn’t our usual way of working and is offered on a special-request basis.

To make this possible, we can either use universal templates in Chloe’s illustration style or bring an additional illustrator on board. Please note that additional fees will apply. We’re always happy to chat through the options and find the best fit for your day.
