Pre & Post Wedding Packages
While we’d love to be there in person to capture your magical day, we know that’s not always possible—so we’ve sprinkled a little extra joy into our pre and post wedding illustration packages! Available in advance or as a lovely way to continue the celebration afterwards, they’re perfect for party favours, place cards, or heartfelt thank you gifts.
Each illustration is A6 in size and usually £15 each. Postage will be added separately in your personalised quote.

How it works...
Look through our exciting range of packages. We appreciate every event is different and consider this in our tailored packages, however, if you cannot find what you are looking for, we are happy to design a bespoke package to suit your event and needs.
​Get in touch via our contact form below or directly by email with your wedding date, venue and illustration package of interest and we'll send over a custom quote for you, including any additional travel fees (where applicable).
We require a non-refundable deposit of £150 to secure your booking date. The outstanding balance will be required 4 weeks prior to your event date. Once the date and booking is confirmed, we'll ask for the contact details of your venue/ event coordinator/ planner and you can leave the rest to us!

What happens on the day?We like to keep things simple. On the day, we will arrive 30 minutes early to set up; all you and your guests have to do is: 1) Get photographed by our team 2) Enjoy your event while your drawings are created 3) Come back later to collect your drawing and enjoy your keepsake!

How many guests can you draw per hour?Chloe is the illustrator and aims to draw approximately 5-6 guests per hour. This is based on a minimum of 1/2 guests per illustration. Illustrations with more than 2 guests or more complex detail will take longer to complete.

Can you draw for longer than what is stated in your packages?We do our best to accommodate you and your guests, however, if we do run out of time, and if our schedule allows, guests can pay a custom portrait rate for additional illustrations. Alternatively, guests can order custom illustrations from us after your event.

What is your hourly rate?Hourly Rates are outlined below: Weddings/ Corporate Events: £110 per hour Birthday Parties & Celebrations £50 per hour for children’s parties, teen events, and milestone celebrations Please note: Additional hours must be booked in advance to ensure availability.

Where do you set up?This is entirely up to you. We can draw almost anywhere, however, access to a table with a couple of chairs and a plug socket is essential to help us do our jobs the best we can. We will have an easel set up with our sign and stand to display guest illustrations.

How far do you travel? Are there any additional travel fees?We are based in Worthing, West Sussex and offer free travel in and around the Worthing area for birthday parties and celebrations. We are very happy to travel beyond Worthing, charging 50p per mile. Our wedding packages include a range of mileage allowances. Any locations beyond the included distance will be charged at 50p per mile. For events located more than 100 miles away, an overnight stay will be required. This will be included in your personalised quote at the time of booking.

How is the travel calculated?Mileage is charged at 50p per mile for locations outside of Worthing, West Sussex. Additional travel fees will apply for events beyond the Worthing area and will be included in your personalised quote at the time of booking.
